Proxy Finder
Finds, tests and routes through public proxies.
Desktop app and CLI in one Rust binary. It downloads public proxy lists, tests every proxy over HTTP and CONNECT (http, socks4, socks5), rates sources, ASNs and /24 networks by yield, and tests the most promising first. A local relay routes any program through the proxy you pick.
